What is Space Rental

  • Space rental is private rental of the Child's Play facility.
  • Space rental can be used for:
    • Do it yourself birthday parties
    • Fundraisers
    • Church groups
    • Mom's groups
    • Private play
    • Scrap book scraps
    • etc
  • Space rental reservations are only available (2) weeks prior to your rental date or on the 1st of each month for that month only based on availability.
    • Example:  If you wanted to do space rental on November 4th you may call and book your reservation on or after October 21st.
    • Example:  If you wanted to do space rental on November 9th you may call and book your reservation on or after November 1st.

 

Price:
$50.00 an hour
3 Hour Minimum

Add-Ons:
Jumper - $10.00
Spin Art - $1.00 each
Balloons w/strings - $15.00 for 25 balloons
Helium and string only - $.25 per balloon
Helium for Mylar balloons - $1.50 per balloon
Additional Time - $50.00 per hour

Important Party Notes
  • DON'T FORGET to bring socks for everyone (Children & Adults).
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all your guests sign in.
  • You are responsible for all setup.
  • You are responsible for all clean up.
    • Which includes wiping the counters/tables/chairs/high chairs, sweeping the lobby floor, picking up the play floor and taking out the trash.
    • Child's Play will take care of vacuuming, mopping and cleaning the bathrooms.
  • You are responsible for returning the facility to the way it was prior to your event.
  • You are responsible for any food and drinks.
  • You are responsible for any paper products & decorations.
  • You are responsible for running your own activities.
  • Child's Play will provide the use of the facility (3000 sqft of heated or air conditioned space).
  • Child's Play will provide use of all the facility play equipment.
    • Please remember Child's Play is for children 6 months to 6 years.
  • Child's Play will provide (2) tables, up to (36) chairs & (3) high chairs.
  • Child's Play will provide cleaning supplies.
  • Child's Play will provide a host who will oversee your event and answer any general questions.

Terms and Conditions

  • Space rental is subject to availability.
  • A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
  • If you wish to change your event date once a deposit has been made there will be an additional change fee of $25.00.
  • Time will start from your scheduled start time.
  • Setup and clean-up must be completed during your scheduled time and everyone must be gone within the scheduled time period.  So please consider this when scheduling yoru time frame.
  • No one will be let in before you scheduled time.
  • Over time will be charged as follows:
    • $20.00 for up to every 15 minutes you go over your scheduled time, the charge will apply each time a new 15 minutes begins.  Example: 1 hour over = $80.00
  • 100 person maximum capacity
  • The event sponsor and Parent/Guardians are the sole persons responsible for watching the children while attending your event.  We are a play at your own risk establishment.
  • Terms and conditions for a space rental can change without notice.
