BIRTHDAY PARTY
TERMS and
CONDITIONS
- All
Parties Require a Deposit of $100.00 to Reserve Your
Specific Date and Time.
- If you
cancel your party for any reason, Child's Play will
issue you a store credit of $50.00.
- Child's
Play does not give any cash refunds.
- If You
Wish to Change Your Party Date Once a Deposit has been
made there will be an Additional Change Fee of $25.00.
- You are
Responsible For All Food and Drinks for Your Party.
- Child's
Play does not provide any food or drinks.
- All
Outside food and drinks are welcome.
- You are
Responsible For Ensuring that All Your Guests Wear Socks
on the Play Floor.
- If your
guests forget their socks, Child's Play may have loaner
socks available, subject to availability.
- You are
Responsible For Ensuring that All Your Guests Sign In
All of Their Children.
- All Guests
Must Wash Their Hands or Use Hand Sanitizer Before
Entering the Play Floor.
- You are
Responsible For Providing Any Themed Decorations.
- All themed
decorations must be dropped off at Child's Play at least
2 days prior to your party.
- All
Child's Play Party Packages are Priced For (1) Birthday
Kid.
- If you
wish to share a party, please add $15.00 for each
additional birthday child.
- Any
Additional Children Over what is Included with the Party
Package is $5.00 Each.
- You are
Responsible for Staying Within Your Allotted Party Time,
Please be Packed and Ready by Your Parties Ending Time.
- You are
Responsible for the Clean-up of All Personal Items.
- You may
show up no more than 15 minutes prior to your schedule
time.
- There is a
$50.00 Charge Per 30 Minutes for Additional Time.

Additional time the day of your party may not be
available and depends solely on Child's Plays
schedule.

Parent/Guardians are the Sole Persons Responsible for
Watching Their Children while Attending Your Party. We
are a Play At Your Own Risk establishment.
- Child's
Play Employees will be very Busy Coordinating and
Entertaining Children During Your Party and Cannot be
Responsible for Unsupervised Children.
- Providing
Your Own Decorations Doesn't Effect the Cost of Your
Party.
- Birthday
Parties are Available Saturday & Sunday. Evening
Parties During the Week are Subject to Availability.
- Terms and
Conditions of Parties Can Change Without Notice.
